We also operate several primary and specialty care clinics and have one hospital that serves our patients. Marshall is a growing organization focused on caring for its community members. We have a long-standing history of provider retention and providing exceptional medical care in El Dorado County and the surrounding areas. Marshall is comprised of primary care physicians, specialists, surgical specialists, and advanced practicing providers. Our medical professionals work together to meet patients were they are at and focus on quality care. Marshall prides itself on family culture, which is brought together by providers and staff. Marshall’s Emergency Department is a verified Level III Trauma Center and our Stroke Program is not only distinguished as a Primary Stroke Center by the Joint Commission but also earned a Gold–Plus designation from the American Heart/American Stroke Association. Marshall’s Birth Center was also designated by the World Health Organization and UNICEF as a Baby Friendly® certified facility for breastfeeding advocacy.
