Estimated First-Year Compensation: $550,000–$650,000
Texas Metroplex Institute for Sports Medicine & Orthopedics (TMI) is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopaedic Trauma Surgeon to join our well-established, physician-owned, multi-specialty orthopaedic private practice in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex offering two state of the art clinic and on-site rehabilitation facilities. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated surgeon looking to build a high-quality trauma practice with strong clinical support, long-term partnership potential, and access to diverse ancillary revenue streams.

- Trauma call coverage at Methodist Mansfield Medical Center, a 294-bed Level II Trauma Center with continued growth and expansion plans

Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery
- Fellowship-trained in Orthopaedic Trauma Surgery
- Eligible for or currently holding a Texas medical license
- 2–3 years of experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Team-oriented mindset with an interest in long-term private practice growth
