Cleveland Clinic Florida’s Department of Emergency Services is seeking a highly qualified Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic, fastpaced team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.
About the Role
In this position, the Advanced Practice Provider will:
- Serve primarily in the Clinical Decision Unit (CDU)
- Manage patients admitted for observation, determine disposition, and coordinate safe discharge planning
- Support Emergency Department (ED) clinicians by assisting with patient care when CDU volumes are low
- Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary team members
- Deliver highquality care in a fastmoving and constantly evolving environment
Preferred Experience
We’re seeking an APP who:
- Has experience in Emergency Medicine
- Is comfortable managing undifferentiated patients in an acute care setting
- Demonstrates strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and excellent communication skills
Schedule
- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Full-time, 12hour shifts
